What can I, an Integrative Nutritionist, do for you? Use science-based diet and individualized nutrition therapies to support your personal health and well-being; the integrative approach is not limited to one dietary theory. Use conventional and non-conventional dietary philosophies rooted in traditional practice and scientific evidence. Craft a personalized nutrition plan to start you on your path to greater health and vitality, including plans/recipes specifically designed to support your health and wellness. Provide supplement and herbal recommendations based on your health status (I will review your lab work and design a plan to optimize your health (The laboratory biomarkers in the conventional, “normal” range aren’t necessarily adequate for preventing and/or reversing disease). Provide stress management guidance, healthy sleep hygiene guidance, exercise guidance – all critical players in optimal health. Provide therapies for detoxifying your body, as well as guidance in lowering your exposure to everyday environmental toxins
